Children and youth are a key part of our family at Redeemer Church.

We really love each one of our young people and want them to learn about, discover and become passionate about God in a safe, fun, environment. We want them to be able to explore who Jesus is in a way that is meaningful to them, whilst making lots of friends along the way.

At present we have four childrens and youth groups which meet on Sunday mornings. During these meetings, we spend time worshipping, praying, learning to read the Bible and playing games, as well as enjoying being able to see our friends! We have a fantastic team of adults who provide biblical teaching, mixed with lots of fun. All our kids’ workers are experienced and accountable, and passionate about seeing children and youth grow in their faith.

A few times a year, we also hold all age services where the children stay in the main meeting and we all learn about and worship God together. These services are great fun, and involve something for the whole family!

We also have Youth Group fortnightly on Sunday evenings for Yrs 7-13 and half-termly Ablaze group for Yrs 5-6.

In order to ensure that our church is a safe and welcoming place for all children, all of our children and youth team have been appropriately DBS checked and receive regular safeguarding training that is relevant to their role. If you have any questions about this, please email Andre and Amanda Marrah, who head up our children’s work, at
